Unbelievable Marcelinho Huertas! The Brazilian point-guard hit the buzzer-beater from 9 meters to give an amazing 81-80 win to Regal FC Barcelona after recovering 17 points to Real Madrid. A basket for history, and a basket that wrote the 1-0 advantage for Xavi Pascual's team in the series. It was a very difficult game for Barça, that started slowly and had to follow practically for all the game: -5 at 10' (15-20), -6 at halftime (37-43), then -12 at 30' (54-66), but Real Madrid got a maximum of +17 making the game seem already over. But the "blau-grana" players reacted at their best, starting a strong recovery and writing a 27-14 break that opened back the game and gave a hope to Barcelona. Then, everything came to the latest action of the game, with Real Madrid on the offensive halfcourt on +2 (78-80). Lull insisted in the dribble to make the time run, then made a shot from the arc with 6" left on the clock, missing. Eidson grabbed the rebound and immediately passed the ball to Marcelinho, who ran until the halfcourt, than jumped and took the shot from 9 meters on the buzzer... And when the ball hit the glass and bounced into the rim, the Palau Blaugrana practically exploded! Marcelinho just converted the hope in a dream, and the dream came  true.
