A new extraordinary success, a new victory, a new conquest. Xavi Pascual and "his" Regal FC Barcelona are the ACB Champions 2010/2011! Defeating Bizkaia Bilbao for the third time in a row - this time on the road in Bilbao, for 55-64 - Barça closed the Series on 3-0 and conquest the Liga title. Game 3 was different from the previous two played in Barcelona: the home court factor of Bilbao pushed Bizkaia to a faster start, taking the lead in the first quarter (19-12), then Barça reversed the situation thanks to its defense in the second quarter (10-18 of break, for the 29-30 lead of halftime). The third period was perfectly balanced (18-18, for the 47-48 score), finally FC the blaugrana players forced the opponent to score ony 8 points in the last 10' against their 16, and definitely closed game (55-64) and Series (3-0) conquesting the title. Juan Carlos Navarro - top scorer with 16 points - was named MVP of the Finals. After the Copa del Rey, this is the second trophy won in the 2010/2011 season out of the three played, missing the qualification to the Euroleague Final Four at the quarterfinals against Panathinaikos who then won the title, and for sure the season has been important, positive and successful. Congratulations to Xavi Pascual and all Regal FC Barcelona by INVICTUS Sports Group!
