This is the day of PAOK-Olympiakos (Thessaloniki, h. 19:00), the new act of a “classic” and first game of the Greek Cup semifinals. The return game is scheduled for February 2nd in Athens, and in both games Lazaros Papadopoulos will be called to play  the role of protagonist, as many other times in the past, in particular when Lazos played for Panathinaikos Athens. In the last weeks, PAOK was defeated in the 9th game of the A1 Greek Championship on the road by Maroussi with 81-76 at overtime, despite the 18 points and 5 rebounds in 34’ by Lazaros Papadopoulos and in the last game of the Eurocup regular season PAOK couldn’t avoid the loss against the undefeated Benetton Treviso (77-69), with 14 points and 10 rebounds in 38’ for Lazaros, without reaching the qualification to the next round. The first game of 2011 is scheduled for January 5th on the court of Ilissiakos.
